The service territory associated with the above Residential fees is centered within Lehigh and Northampton Counties, PA. Monroe, Bucks and Berks Counties are also available on an as per bid basis. Additional coverage also includes Warren County, NJ (Phillipsburg and surrounding areas within a 15-20 mile radius.)
